The work, duties and rights of the Board of Directors shall be as follows:-

(a) Amount of funds for policies, plans and programs approved by the Government of Nepal in relation to the prevention of gender-based violence. To use,
(b) Disbursing money to the local violence prevention fund to provide relief and financial support to the victims (c) To monitor or cause the local gender-based violence prevention fund,
(d) To update the records of incidents related to gender violence that have occurred within the country,
(e) * Making and implementing criteria regarding providing seed capital (Siddha Money) to self-employed or skilled trained victims,
(f) To coordinate with agencies and organizations working in the field of prevention of gender-based violence (g) Seeking sources for fund raising,
(g1) Relief for immediate rescue, relief and rehabilitation of victims. Providing financial support and other materials,
(h) Doing or causing other work related to the prevention of gender violence.
